Reservations
To secure the reservation valid credit or debit card details must be provided at the time of booking.
Cancelled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival no charge will be made.
Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival cancellation charges equivalent to the house standard one-night rate will be made.
Retreat Cancellations: Cancelled reservations will be subject to penalties as defined my the host and organizer of the retreat. Please check their terms & conditions on their websites.
Guests failing to arrive, without notification, may be responsible to a charge equivalent to the total reservation price.
Keys
Upon arrival you will be given key to have 24 hours a day access to the building and your room throughout your stay. You have full responsibility of these keys for the entire duration of your stay. Lost keys will be charged at a cost per set plus any additional costs incurred if any additional work is required, such as, locks having to be changed.
Liability
We do not accept any liability and responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
WIFI Access
By using our internet service, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet, whether the connection is facilitated through wired or wireless technology
Lost Property
We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. However, there will be a charge depending on the destination of the package.
Missing Items
We reserve the right to charge for missing items.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the Casa Palacio Las Marias.
Smoking
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is NOT permitted inside the Casa Palacio but only on the rooftop terrace. Please be aware that guests not respecting the terms and conditions may be kindly asked to leave immediately and may be liable for professional cleaning of any rooms and any outstanding balance of nights booked but not taken through early departure.
Termination Policy
Casa Palacio Las Marias reserves the right to terminate, without notice, a guests stay at Casa Palacio Veedor where deemed necessary due to unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions not complying with our terms and conditions. In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made.

In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within this website. Our protection policy informs you what will happen to your personal data when you visit our website, we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

Personal data that you transmit electronically on this website, such as name, e-mail address, address or other personal information, will only be used by us for the specified purpose, kept safe and not disclosed to third parties.

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights (including rights in software), trademarks, database rights, patents and inventions) in and relating to the service are owned by us and our licensors or contractors. Nothing in this agreement operates to transfer any such intellectual property rights to you.
We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any of our rights and obligations under this agreement without notice to you.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain.
