Entrance
Casa-Palacio Las Marias is a small and charming place to reunite inside a typical Andalusian city palace. The big wooden entrance door should always remain closed for both privacy and hygiene reasons.
The second entrance to the Casa Palacio courtyard (green door) must always remain open. The courtyard is a common area and can be used to wind down, read and conversate.
Please do not open the door to anyone you do not know and regardless the reason of the visit. In case of doubt, please reach out to any member of the staff or owners if present.
Keys
Upon arrival you will be given key to have access 24/7 to the building and your room throughout your stay. You have full responsibility of these keys for the entire duration of your stay. Lost keys will be charged at a cost per set plus any additional costs incurred if any additional work is required, such as, locks having to be changed. We kindly ask you to always make sure that the entrance is closed upon leaving the house.
1st floor & 2nd floor
The first floor is for the exclusive use of the owners of the Casa Palacio Las Marias. It is only accessible upon invitation or during cooking courses, retreats and other activities booked within your package.
The Italian, Moroccan and Anglo-Indian Suites as well the kitchen and dining room where the breakfast, lunch and dinner is served, are located on the second floor. The kitchen, however, is for the exclusive use of guests of Casa Palacio Las Marias.
For hygiene purposes, it is not allowed to eat in the rooms and common areas of Casa Palacio Las Marias.

Our wonderful rooftop can be accessed from the second floor. The rooftop offers different areas to wind down, read and study.
The Rooftop room is located on the rooftop and makes part of the hotel.
The Rooftop kitchen is of exclusive use of the owners & staff of the house. If you wish to use, do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.
The last guest leaving the rooftop has to make sure that the red wooden door is properly closed.
The rooftop
All rooms offer both air conditioning and heating. We ask our guests to make conscious and responsible use of air conditioning, heating as well as of water and electricity. We kindly ask you not keep your windows or doors open while using any of the temperature systems and lightning. Please make sure all lights are off when you leave your room.
It is very important for us to contribute as much as possible to the conservation of our environment and use all our resources efficiently.
Rooms
WIFI connection is available throughout Casa Palacio Las Marias. However, we do not guarantee functioning coverage in every corner due to the thickness of the walls of the 18th century old Palais. All guests have free access to the WIFI connection. However, by using our internet service, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet, whether the connection is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. It is not allowed to download movies. Casa Palacio Las Marias reserves the right to pass on to its guests penalties received as a result of actions not complying with our terms and conditions.

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is NOT permitted inside the Casa Palacio Las Marias but only on the rooftop terrace. Please be aware that guests not respecting the terms and conditions may be kindly asked to leave immediately and may be liable for professional cleaning of any rooms and any outstanding balance of nights booked but not taken through early departure.
smoking
It is not allowed to bring people outside your reservation at Casa Palacio Las Marias without prior consent by the staff or the owners.
It is not allowed to have parties or play loud music in the rooms and common areas.
Respecting the others
Any consumption at our Bar must be noted in the book and paid at the end of the stay.
