And so we’re doing it again. It was too good not to repeat. That little vision I had over two years ago to combine my passion for yoga, with my love for all things Spanish and for my hometown turned out even better than I had imagined, and I am so excited to continue welcoming you into my very special place.

Cadiz is where I escape to when London life gets too loud, too busy, too much. It’s the place where I slow down, where I’m able to relax, read a book, able to think.

Join me from the 8th to the 13th of March for five days of yoga, breath work, delicious local food, Spanish culture and activities. An opportunity to rest and reset. To meet new people. To do something different.
